Our Soccer facility has a state of the art 95’ x 115’
in-filled synthetic turf. This turf is designed to play like natural

Our Basketball court is regulation size (Middle School) 50' x 74' Maple
hardwood on a plywood base supported on PT 2x4 over plastic and concrete.
This is an excellent Basketball surface!

Peak time is from 5:00pm to 11:00pm on weekdays and 8:00am to

The master schedule is updated several times each week so times that show as
open may be in the process of being reserved. It is best to reserve early!

CYAAFieldhouse Turf or Basketball Court Use Agreement
This Agreement is made and entered
in this day

between The Candia Youth Athletics
Association, hereinafter referred
to as " Landlord " and ,
of ,
hereinafter referred to as " Tenant ".
WHEREAS, Landlord desires to lease
to Tenant and Tenant desires to lease from Landlord the premises generally
described as The CYAAFieldhouse hereinafter
referred to as "Playing Space", it is herein agreed as follows:
I. Landlord hereby leases to Tenant the Playing Space as described
above, for the following dates and times ("lease period"):
II. Tenant agrees to pay the stipulated rent in advance of the
Lease period to Landlord or his agent by mail or in person to Landlord at
their respective addresses as noted above. III. Tenant affirms his understanding that Landlord does not furnish
attendants for the playing space, and Tenant, not the Landlord, shall be
liable for any loss, damage, injury or expense that may be suffered or sustained
in connection therewith or arising from the acts of Tenant or any person who
may be acting as agent of Tenant, and Tenant affirms they will hold the
Landlord harmless. IV. Tenant affirms his understanding that he must provide proof of
general liability insurance for the playing space and that such insurance
must not be an amount less than One Million Dollars ($1,000,000.00). The
Tenant affirms that the CYAA is listed as an additional insured on the
tenant's policy. V. The Tenant shall use the Playing space solely for its intended
purpose as a sports playing area, and will prevent damage to the playing
surfaces by its players and members. Cleats are not allowed. VI. In the winter months (when the heat is on) the emergency doors
shall not be used except to exit the building in the event of an emergency.
Propping the doors open shall add $50.00 per occasion to the rental total. VII. The Tenant is to keep the playing surface and surrounding areas
as neat and clean as were found when they arrived. VIII. Each hour of the rental period starts at the time stated above
and ends 55 minutes later. There is a 5-minute overlap time when one group is
leaving and the other is preparing to enter.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have executed this Agreement on the date first above written.
