Scholarship Registration Money
Families in need of scholarship money to pay for CYAA sports registration may
receive assistance by writing to that particular Sports Director. Contact
information will be in the local papers.
Return of Uniforms
A copy of the following will be given to each player with their uniform if it
is the property of the CYAA. "A player must return his/her uniform at the
end of a season at a time that is announced in advance. It is CYAA property and
the child will not be allowed to play further CYAA sports if it is not returned
or paid for."
Accident Reports
An accident report will be completed by the coaching
staff and signed by the child's parent if a child is injured during a CYAA
activity. Any necessary first aid beyond a simple bandage requires a report.
Spring Soccer vs. Baseball Feb. 1993

the conflict is on a Sunday, in which case it shall be left to the player to
decide which activity to attend, provided he/she notifies both coaches of
his/her decision. The athlete shall not be penalized in respect to this
decision. This policy shall be submitted to all coaches prior to the spring
season, and to all parents and their children who are playing two spring
