Thank You for registering to play with Candia FC this Spring. The Candia FC Girls (Stingers) and Boys (Storm) compete against teams across the state in the New Hampshire Soccer League (NHSL)

Every attempt will be made to place your child on a team but ultimately will be determined by the number of registrations received and available roster spots. Children that played on a team this past Fall will keep their spot on the roster this Spring. As NH Soccer sets a maximum roster size for each age group, if necessary, we may need to conduct evaluations when registrations exceed available roster spots. The Director and/or Coach will contact you if evaluations become necessary. If we are unable to place your child on a team or field a team for your child's age group, you will be issued a complete refund for any registration fee you paid.

Any registration received on/after Mar 1st will be assessed a $20 late fee.

If your child is new to the Candia program or your child is a returning player in need of new uniform pieces please make the appropriate selection below

I/We, the parent(s)/guardians(s) of this child give my/our approval to participate in any and all CYAA sponsored Soccer activities including transportation to and from activities. I/We know that participation in this sport may result in serious injury and protective equipment does not prevent all injuries to players, and do hereby waive, release, absolve, indemnify, and agree to hold harmless the CYAA, organizers, sponsors, supervisors, coaching staff, volunteers, participants, and persons transporting this child to and from activities for any claim arising out of injury to this child whether the result of negligence or for any other cause except to the extent and in the amount covered by accident or liability insurance. I/We agree to return upon request the uniform and any other equipment issued to this child in the same condition as when received for normal wear and tear. In the event I am unable to be reached if my child is injured while participating in CYAA activities, I hereby give my permission for the managing personnel to authorize and obtain necessary medical care.
